I don’t really know where or how to post this but THE BIG BUTTERFLY COUNT is going live from 14th July to 6th August. All you need to do to take part is spent 15 mins recording how many sightings you see of butterflies you see in this 15 min. I only saw this last night, still time to do it. In 15 minutes I counted 1 peacock, 2 gatekeeper, 2 small tortoiseshell, 3 red admiral. Not many really when I remember how many different sorts I could count as a child.
