Yes it would provide height and interest @Nickoslesteros, with a little cleared space around it. It’s deciduous so no winter interest, unlike most evergreen or deciduous grasses.

If its Lantana it will stink when you rub the leaves, bit like cat's pee. The growth habit doesn't look like Lantana to me unless its because its not getting enough daylight/sunshine.
