Yes, the shrubby form. The company didn't refer to the chlorosis, but suggested the mildew was from hard water. They did at least refund me. Thanks to everyone for their help. It is in the 'sick bay' at present. I will be planting it out soon, crossing my fingers that it might rally.

When I looked in Homebase the prices were only 10% to 20% off. Still cheaper to buy elsewhere which probably explains why they aren't doing well.

I think the bright green shrub is a Euonymus, probably Jean Hugues or Green Spire, the sage green one is a Pittosporum, probably Golf Ball and the dark shrub is also a Pittosporum, looks like...
I think the bright green shrub is a Euonymus, probably Jean Hugues or Green Spire, the sage green one is a Pittosporum, probably Golf Ball and the dark shrub is also a Pittosporum, looks like Bannoway Bay or Tom Thumb. They are all tough and easy to grow. A nice combination!

Damaged Daphne
Our builders did their level best to kill a Daphne. It's been split, stamped all over and crushed over to one side. It still lives! They have very deep roots and should be ok, I'd just leave it alone

I've never seen aphids on privet, but the yellow, spotted leaves are common. Privet isn't evergreen, although people tend to think it is, but it will always drop some foliage from time to time....
