What’s been killed by the frost for you?

I had a friend in Belgium whose bulbs were routinely excavated by local pheasants and a couple of peacocks who'd escaped from home.

How would I get rid of these weeds please

I have these come up in the garden in summer, not sure if its frost hardy, I assume just an annual, like all weeds best got rid of while small, the problem only gets worse if you leave them.

    What's with this magpie?

They can look very tatty in Spring when they moult. But at this time of year it's not usual to see them like that. Maybe it has a mite or flea problem and is scratching itself. Not many feathers...
