    Definitely recommend that you plant the "Bocking-14" sterile cultivar, the self-seeding "fertile" (boy is it fertile!) variety is a real nuisance, but I suppose if you can cut it down to harvest a crop-of-leaves before it flowers then it may be OK to tollerate.

    Just checked the people I buy from and they don't seem to have any listed :( Their Maxicrop Triple Bio-Stimulant is about £50 for 10L (dunno if "Triple" is more concentrated than yours though)
