    I'd make damned sure the papers knew about that one!! The council will presumably still charge some poor soul for the priveledge of tending the carpets below some poorly growing spuds too?

    My first bin full of compost.

    I use this:It's quite easy to mix a whole bin without emptying it. U push it in the compost and the metal fins close and when u pull it out the fins open and stir the compost.
