Hi an update it is a screen fault to repair it will cost arond £80 _ £110 as only samsung parts are used for samsung tablets I can still use it it works well and fast its just part of the screen fuzzy, but I can put up with that compared with £80 i keep it till it konks out atogether then...

Just to add to Ricky's excellent advice, when you set up your email client (and Thunderbird is excellent, and free), make sure that you use IMAP and not POP3. Give us a shout if you need help.

Glad you have got it all working ok, though I tend to do a new image every 2 months or just before W10 SCU or ACU ( if you use w10 ?) so if anything goes wrong during or after the update you can quickly restore back.
