All mine get exactly the same treatment - although as Loli says you cut back the stems that have fruited this year, and for an Autumn Fruiting variety that is 100% of the stems

Can you sow beetroot indoors, then transplant it
I'd just say you need to time it right, if you sow too early they get rootbound and then a lot will bolt once planted out. Get it right and it works.

Yep, nowt wrong with that list.Don't think they're trying to say the rocket is a variety, probably just had to put Summer veg in that field before it would let them press enter
