It's way too early to plant outside (assuming you are in the UK). It looks like cold damage. Put them back in their pots and bring them indoors for a couple of weeks at least. Tonight is forecast...

I've always been happy with Suttons seeds. This year I am growing cucumbers for the first time (also Suttons) they all germinated and at present look very healthy. Good luck!
