Yes, you will still be able to plant spuds now and they will do well. Have a look in Wilkinsons, our nearest branch had quite a few bags of seed spuds still available.

No rule for how big they should be Caz. Being small is okay.......they have lots of time to grow and produce. Just let them go as they want to and transplant them into the hanging basket a bit...
