Watercress in water tank?
As I understand it Murdo, watercress is usually grown in moving water, i.e. stream beds, so although you draw water from the tank, much of the time it is not moving. Caution sounds the best...

I think Ive made a mistake with my raspberries.
If you have just planted new Raspberry canes, and if they are Summer fruiting (rather than Autumn) then they should be cut down to "almost nothing" - which is what it sounds like you have...
