Toms going downhill !!
Hi folks ,just a quick update. Two tomatoe plant got really bad so I pulled them up but the others are great and full of fruit

Can you freeze parsley?
I've done this lots of times and it works a treat, plus it saves a lot of fiddley work. :thumb:

Not really golfer...other than brown paper sacks.....but you do need to check them weekly as some will be prone to rotting etc....you can't see if a spud is damaged in anyway. Hessian is supposed...

Pulled my Fist Carrot
Last year my daughter constantly was checking the wild strawberries we have growing in various parts of the garden. She didn't worry about whether they were red or not, they all got eaten. :confused:

so far so good.
had 13 courgettes 2 small caulis bunch beef toms and cucumber,this growing lark is a bit of allright. got 5 cucumber plants in the greenhouse do i nip the growing point of them like toms there...

I don't really know about "cropping", but I do use it in the spring for seed raising - after potting on - keeps them warm enough at night. Most nights the lamp doesn't come on, just...

Tomato problem
Panic over, lol, lifted up the pot and looked underneath and JWK was right I'd snapped a little bit of root off. The tomato plant is now staying put, not moving it unless it really needs to be moved.

We haven't sprayed anything in the garden (we sprayed the chilli and pepper plants we had in the spare room - they are now dead :(- as they had green and white fly) the only thing that is eating...

Yes they did, not as many as I thought though, I was reading that you should pick the flowers off, so I did for a few of them but then left them alone as I read that you should leave them :-)
