    Improving soil for carrots?

    Because my carrots were a disaster last year I thought a raised bed is a good idea, now the seeds have germinated I am sure I have done the right thing. I will put some pics on soon.

    There are a lovely little carrot variety called Parmex, they are little globes which grow really well in containers - I'm growing some in containers round the side of the house this year :)
