    Our greenhouse has all auto opening vents (5 on one side 2 on the other ) so the temp doesn't get too warm in there at the moment - but when there big enough to pot on ill try and keep them cool

    I usually grow Stuttgart from sets and they are normal sized (around 4" diameter), they store well and have a flat bottom, that's as much as I know.

    If your last potato crop was grown in bags was infected with blight then you should be able to kill off any remaining nasties by soaking them in a solution consisting of 10% cheap/'Value' bleach...
