Sadly it's too cloudy here. But there was a cracking sunset, a really deep red.

The trouble with the Detling Showground is that it only has two types of weather, stuck up there on top of the hill as it is - stinking hot or so muddy they have to use tractors to pull you out of the mire!

Hope it all goes well Shiney, you know we would be there if we could.

Looks good, Peter, and nice that it's so close by so no transport costs. I have to wait till the end of May for our local Kent garden show and I have my shopping list ready and waiting.

Had a brilliant day at the show, we arrived as it opened so it was fairly quiet but within the hour it was heaving, it was my first big flower show and there was so much going on, talks, demo's, school wheelbarrow comp, show gardens, craft fair, live band, birds of prey, stalls/traders and of...

Definitely go to the marquees first, especially if it's a hot day, by midday it will be very oppresive and the air full of dust from so many people walking through. I speak from experience of being in there at a display all day. Despite that it was a fantastic day. You should have a great time.

Very interesting- and particularly that green card garden tour.

Looked for over an hour from dusk last night, 7 satelites, 3 jet planes & 1 rock fell out of the sky. Cloudy in West bay today.
