just looked on web for this place and it states it going through a transformation change due to been neglected for over 25 years, so with what you have said dont know what they have been doing in...

Fancy that Vineman! Small world! Would be interested to hear what you think/thought of the place. Some ppl who love it in Spring and early summer find it a bit 'wild' in late summer.
