I'm sure........i cant wait to come over for a visit!!:D We almost came over this August:WINK1:, but we decided to gut the bathroom and add a new deck on the house :yess::yess:

Ive competed on Cleveland Lake before Pal, which is probably somewhere near you. They're hosting a regatta or two later in the summer, so I may fetch up with a few posh burly rowers! And them's...

Maybe not quite everywhere but but there are lots of parks and plants. Many verges at the edge of the roads are tended or have wild flowers growing, a very beautiful island.

Many of the tree ferns are self sporn, its a real treasure of a garden, and still very original so no tea rooms or concrete paths, unfortunetly that also means its not at all suitable for disabled...
