help with day lillys
Day lilies usualy flower in June as dalbuie says, but my frans hals stayed evergreen this winter and I have 10 flower stalks on it, which will start opening in the next few weeks!

Poisonous Plants - Whats the risk ?
Lots of other plants have sap thats an irritant too, but only if sensitive to those sorts of things. Agave is'nt on my list of poisonous plants though! you might get stabbed to death!!

They're growing too fast!
Pinch out the Morning glories which have gottwo lots of real leaves and plant them in their pot. You can always cover them with fleece if there's a sudden frost. They don't need the propagator...

It may have been pruned a bit early. It's recommended you leave the old seed heads on until April - May to give some protection.

What Clematis is it???
Thanks, its taken 15 years to get to this, unfortunately it wont last forever and every year I fear it will be the last. Therefore I enjoy every minute of it.

Hi Dillydo. The orange one should flower, mine is just beginning to put up shoots. Geums do benefit from splitting but it's a little late now, maybe it should still be ok to do this if you water...
