    What's happened to my plants?

    Thanks all. To clarify, they aren't powdery at all.I'll remove/spray the hydrangeas but I agree that the others look more like scorch/sun damage so will leave.

    Dont worry about the poisonous bit, there are millions of these around at this time of the year and its not like people are dropping like flies. Just eat the underground parts. not the balls.
