Why are my peas not growing?
I'm almost sure this is down to the horrible weather. Other (unlikely) possible reasons maybe, root/crown rot. Improve soil drainage by adding mature compost to planting bed, destroy infected...

Leaf die back on trees
Sounds a bit odd. Could it be weather damage to tender new growth? Sometimes happens with spring gales or hail.

RHUS TYPHINA SEEDS?
Well done Clum, four are better than none!
Yes they do send up suckers from spreading roots, but if the roots are under a lawn they are easy to mow off.

Look to buy some "Cool / unusual" plants for my home.
What style is your garden? I think your WOW plants should fit in with what you already have in place.

Eh? no need to be aggressive. You made no mention of a dead one in your earlier post; nor did you say how far away from where you found it the bird box was. Only trying to be helpful.

Best Type of Hedge for Garden
I like yew, its pretty fast really, but easy to trim once it reaches the size you want. Its evergreen and dense, and should it get out of control it can be cut back to bare stems and it will reshoot.
