Has anyone used one of these hi-lo pulley type devices for their hanging baskets? http://www.ferndale-lodge.co.uk/pd_568277.htm I'm thinking of getting some as my brackets are quite high and I really struggle to water and dead head my baskets but wonder whether they work ok and are sturdy enough.
