Depends how many packets of seeds you want / use in a year, but I bought 36 packets for £18 and saved a further £70.34

Photos would help as it's quite hard to picture.The trees may have been there before they put the fence up, hence why they put it where it is. Doesn't exactly sound like it would have been easy...

Cheers all, I'll have a hack at it tomorrow, took a photo today. I also circled its companion which I purchased and planted at the same time, I think I counted 3 plants hidden under it now.

Assuming it's quite a sunny border, if you are looking for a nice evergreen shrub I can recommend Osmanthus x burkwoodii. Small flowers but they smell gorgeous ...I also have Philadelphus...

Just got in from work and had a shuftie of the garden. The 2 large cactus dahlias ( around 5 ft) are no more, the wind has wiped them out :-(Also, lots of snapped stems, the dahlias in the pots...
