What got you into gardening?
Every spring i have a depression where Poppy, the german shepherd, has launched her self from the patio on to the lawn. It happens in winter cause the soil is usually damp. She caught me out once....

where have the winters gone
Seems like a long time since we had a really cold, snowy winter - here in the South anyway. I haven't seen a prediction for this coming winter but then they can't predict accurately for the next...
