What has happened to my sunflower?
Well now, I removed all the side-branches with buds close to emerging from the wilting plant, put them in water, and, as you can see, they're nearly all out.

I see. Scarfliers are adjustable but I wouldn't use one and such a surface it will just make more mess. Its sounds like a rake job and shake off the rubber bits off. The moss will still be there...
