concrete will set if covered the temps we are having are really quite mild around here.If cold temps are expected cover with polythene and then hay or staw and leave for longer than the normal 28 days to achieve complete cure. Nick as I said before if you need a hand give us a shout.

I personally dont like grow bags laid flat as not enough root space,but they can be used on end cut in half. Large pots or in the ground with fresh compost is best IMHO
