Bending square metal tubing for a hoop greenhouse
Hmm.. Years of experience in that, so easy to get a "kink" in it. That's why before the introduction of "speed-fit" plastic pipe, plumbers used a "spring" to stop it happening.

I understand what you are saying Larkshall, here's my experience.A few years back I 'invested' in a couple of IBCs - they are hold 1000 litres each and catch the rain off my shed roof....

If its the opening area doesn`t match the roof vent area you could add a second louvre to make up the shortfall. You can never have enough ventilation

Mine is the same 40 deg no shade untill evening. I have auto louvre/top opener, but I also open the door on may way out in the morning as well.

I grow the same as you in the buckets Larkshill , So I will try the leaf cutting aswell ,Every year I say I am not going to sow so many and still end up with far too many, and I just cannot...

There are all sorts of things you can try, like broken eggshells, gravel and copper strips if you aren't keen on pellets - sometimes it's quite easy to find the blighters hiding under pots.

Potatoes near greenhouse, increased chance of tomato blight?
I would guess it increases the chances slightly, but I would not worry about it. I've got away with it for years, only had blight once in the greenhouse and that same year my neighbour's tomato...
