What's happened to my new lawn?
That looks like a sun job to me...our lawn on the back garden ended up like that in the end after the dog had half ruined it besides.

Advice on scarifying
It just depends on the amount of moss to how well the 4 in 1 works. Once you have it under control it will work fine but due to the low levels of Fe you need to apply it at full rates. Fe or iron...
