New seeded lawn turning yellow in places
The conifers are in next doors garden and around 4 ft away from the edge of my lawn and on a lower level so I'm confident they won't cause a problem that way...just shade around this time of year....

New turf looking sad.
I expect its just the close-cut with the mower that is the problem. Mature grass would recover from that (roots well established, and provided it was not repeated often!) but I fear that young...

What is the best way to get my lawn back to good.?
No it shouldn't be to late to re-seed. Grass needs a temperature of 12C or above to germinate, below that it will struggle, if it germinates at all.

New build lawn was looking good but now starting to deteriorate...
Well, one of the main reasons for aerating the lawn is to alleviate compaction and if you have, as I suspect, builders debris under the turf I would leave it until you get the grass looking...

Lawn lateral growth problem
Thanks Axl - I don't think it's overfeeding as it's done by Greenthumb. So every 6-8 weeks and by the time they come it's in need of a feed.
