Mint in lawn, not good
I don't know much about lawns but I'm OK on mint. Beechleaf is right. Keep mowing and occasionally sprinkle with sugar and vinegar. Oh and buy a leg of lamb. :D

You could do but then you might aswell just by a square yard of turf and cut and insert as oposed to waiting for germination etc.Personally i would just overseed using the method described.
