The one with a varigated leaf is a cyclamen but the one with the pink flowers is a type of saxifrage.

Thats it, give it ago, the pre-flowering rosette of leaves is only 3-4ft high in a pot grown plant. Then when it flowers you can stand it outside, probably best outside most of the year anyway, just need some protection from the worst of the weather.
