Coriander what is wrong with it?
I'd put the Coriander, Parsley and Basil in one patch, where it gets plenty of sun up top but the soil is slightly shaded and moist. The Sage, Rosemary and Thyme would be happier with much drier...

Advice on my Salix (Green Curls)
Ah, right, I'd say it's the growth pattern of the tree type and is naturally occuring. Carry out pruning in the autumn and you should get some nice new shoots on the following spring.

Any idea what the problem is?
Other than getting rid of the damaged canes, I would let them flower, there is no advantage to pruning them hard back at this stage of the year, you'd lose flowers for no real benefit.

I suspect that this is caused by the cold. I have a number of tender plants which were put out when it was too cold and their leaves look similar. I have some other plants that are similarly...
