I've had to buy a Manfrotto tripod to fit the 393 Gimbal head as my Velbon tripod wouldn't serve the purpose because I couldn't find an adapter for it. I did think about a Ball Head but there were too many negative remarks about the combination of a Bigmos and a Ball Head when I did research...

Just thought I'd mention that AF/MF switch, I've got one on my camera and without realising I accidentally switched it into Manual focus once. It took me a good few hours of taking blurry pictures then panicking that my camera had broken, and then reading the manual to find out what had gone wrong.

I was @ my local park today with a few mates who own radio controlled buggies!! these are the 1/5 scale large size around 20kg in weight 40-50mph and around 80cm long x 45cm wide so with that in mind i couldnt get to close.. using the 650d with kit lens on Tv mode...there all similar in...

For a subject such as this, collaboration would help. I think you can get closer by speaking to the buggies owner and asking for him/her to run it along a set path, then maybe getting bolder and arranging tricks/chases at certain points, this way you can get closer whilst retaining a certain...

Saw The Great Marquess from the Fellsman Railway, here is one shot of it coming into Preston. It was raining the first for a week or so. Love the steamers from a great age. Regards Carl.

Nothing like getting your moneys worth, Vince I've still got a old Canon AV1 SLR in mint condition in a drawer...........one of these days I'll have it serviced and possibly scratch that itch to start film again. Having said that I do like my Pentax K5 just as much.

My daughter sold the camera today on a local advertising site. £30, pleased with that.
