Hello @AldoRegarding installation of the Spyder software on multiple systems, I have never had an issue, just enter the Serial Number and away you go.Unfortunately, I can not guarantee that will be the same now as things do change.Kevin

Mike it might be that you shot in RAW format rather than jPG and the puter hasn't the right codec to display
