Yum Scotkat... A good basic recipe, that one can adapt to whatever your veggies are in the larder... :thmb: A mix of taters & sweet taters gives it a real winter thick winter warmer feel & the pots thicken it while it is cooking.... Good rib sticking stuff...!!!! :hehe:
