I have to agree with Doghouse Riley. There is no easy 100% way to stop cats from doing anything, so as Doghouse Riley also says, anything will have to take its chances.

Well Herb, in my pond I have... Zandesia lilies potted & placed in the pond will also sit as marginals too... Hope that helps.. :thumb:

Sorry i don't know, which you do want, but you don't want Lilies, they do not like moving water (you mentioned fountain)I would also suggest that unless you are having fish, in which case it will need filtration too, you need not have a fountain, and then you can have lilies, and lots of them.

Usually a domestic limescale remover involves just running the water through salt. Best bet is to look up water treatment suppliers in the Yellow Pages.
