How did I miss this thread?Lovely shots. We saw plenty of the Hooded Crows when we were there last time, I think I even got some decent pics of them. Love the lizard shots. :gnthb:

Phew, my daughter can't wait for spring after seeing that. Sprinkles at the ready. Hope she trains them to go after whitefly too though.

Sorry to hear that, Jazmine. We have had to net our little pond too. Every time I went in the garden there was another cat having a go at fishing!

Thanks, Clara......they are really pretty, arent they. Thats the same with the Jays here.....they have that "dont mess with me swagger".......they take over any bird feeder they show up at.

Evicting mice without hurting them
Is the mouse doing any harm. If the answer is no then I would just leave it alone. If you get the chance to watch them in close up they are quite charming.

Is gloss paint going to be harmful to the wild birds in my garden?
You can paint a baby's cot with gloss paint now. Shame, 'cos I must have really used to like the taste of the old lead based paint.
