We have identified redwings for the very first time this year in our garden and during that very cold spell we kept the water bath defrosted and had waxwings coming to drink:yho: - we've definitely NEVER seen them here before.

I found it very interesting Lol, I could spend a week just walking round the cork plantations. Only the buying customers can make a difference and make or break the industry and the wildlife dependant on it. Unfortunately too many people are apathetic about such issues and couldn't careless.

I have had one of those half open type boxes for years and never had a bird in it.:( Each year I wait and hope but nothing. Maybe it's in the wrong place.
