My new garden, before I make changes

I'm posting these photos of my new garden before I make anymore changes. I started watching the garden in November when we first moved in, it is now August and I have found that the garden is very over crowded! A few of the plants and trees will need moving. As a total beginner, you will find me on GC lots looking for your fab advice. This is the back garden.
