I really miss doing job like that , I`m stucked in shop fitting all too fast and too quick , can even remember the small of real wood.....did you made the jig with a router or a cnc?
Hi Sal. seems like you know the buisness. Its basically mostly laminated in a vacuum bag around a former. Morticed and tenoned together, the panels were also formed in a vacuum bag , with the fielding mitred round after being spindled. Bolection mouldings were spindled then mitred round panels.
