Native to Mexico this got nothing more than an unheated greenhouse over the winter.

 

Longk - you continue to amaze me. You keep coming up with plants I have never heard of.

Keep the good work up.

 

Really useful plant this. It thrives in shade and grows like boogery. End of May last year.............

Is this a pemanent planting?

Cactus also go out for the summer and the first to bloom is Rebutia muscula............

Ceropegia woodii is hung on the fence and has just started blooming............

Tender would be my idea.

 

Mine still haven't broken the surface although a finger down the sides reveal good solid bulbs!

It is nice to see Albuca spiralis in bloom though as the main (very large) bulb croaked over the winter..............

The inflorescence could be better (more blooms) but this is one of the small offsets so any blooms are a bonus!

The very palm like Begonia luxurians, which I have resisted putting it outside.

 

Serruria (I think - label lost). Another of my polytunnel plants. That polytunnel was meant for for growing food, but somehow seems to have become full of half hardy shrubs from Oz and South Africa...
