          Really useful plant this. It thrives in shade and grows like boogery. End of May last year.............

                  Kalanchoe 'Dorothy' is still looking fantastic.............

                  Cactus also go out for the summer and the first to bloom is Rebutia muscula............

                    No they are over-wintered in my greenhouse. I might risk leaving one outside next winter as they are borderline hardy I understand.

                          Mine still haven't broken the surface although a finger down the sides reveal good solid bulbs!

                          It is nice to see Albuca spiralis in bloom though as the main (very large) bulb croaked over the winter..............

                          The inflorescence could be better (more blooms) but this is one of the small offsets so any blooms are a bonus!

                                Serruria (I think - label lost). Another of my polytunnel plants. That polytunnel was meant for for growing food, but somehow seems to have become full of half hardy shrubs from Oz and South Africa...:snorky:
