Well, there is a heatwave going on in parts of Asia, so maybe it is a world average they are calculating. Certainly was chilly with very low sunshine totals here in April.

 

They keep coming out with this kind of stuff all the time, it suits certain agendas that are going on these days.

 

I wouldn't know Pete not having a tv I don't see weather forecasts anymore. I've just edited my post to point out it wasn't my quote.
