    Very nice @strongylodon ! Some years ago Cotswold plants had a variegated oleander on their list that was host to the European red berried mistletoe. I assume they propagated the mistletoe onto new plants. But when I queried, they said "it died" - yet it was still online. Arghh:mad:

      The Calliandra has another flush of flowers and the best it has looked for years, a shame they only last a day or two.

            One branch came off, but the bigger one is drooping over so the flowers are hidden. This year's growth has made the new stems sappy and bendy.

              I've kept my brug in greenhouse. The winds have been so strong that my protea cynaroides keep falling over, and a stem with a flower bud has snapped off.:wallbanging:

                            I don't think it's tropical - maybe it is.
                            Anyway begonia flower dropped onto creepy black 'grass' looks a bit exotic to me
