What's looking Exotic 2024

Very nice @strongylodon ! Some years ago Cotswold plants had a variegated oleander on their list that was host to the European red berried mistletoe. I assume they propagated the mistletoe onto new plants. But when I queried, they said "it died" - yet it was still online. Arghh

 

The Calliandra has another flush of flowers and the best it has looked for years, a shame they only last a day or two.

 

Mine has still not flowered.

Your brugs came through the strong winds ok then.

 

I've kept my brug in greenhouse. The winds have been so strong that my protea cynaroides keep falling over, and a stem with a flower bud has snapped off.

 

The Second Butia flower has opened.

 

Yes I have a second one open now as well.
if you can get some to set apparently the fruits are edible.

 

Tillandsia has a couple of new flowers.

I don't think it's tropical - maybe it is.
Anyway begonia flower dropped onto creepy black 'grass' looks a bit exotic to me
