    Phyllostachys aureosulcata basking in sun. This bamboo makes a nice columnar feature if carefully maintained.

    Heuchera Timeless has nice contrasting leaf and flower colours.

            Looking beautiful, @Plantminded. I do love the contrasts between the foliage, shapes, colours, heights and textures you have there. Wonderful vibrant Acer, even after the country seems to have had a lot of rain recently.
