        Whilst its not all that tropical, my Rhubarb has has a cracking year, the leaves are huge - its a real shame you cant do anything much with them !

                also Victoria lily , found out that if you got a deep pond can actually grown in UK but the leaves will not be as big

                Not so much a deep pond, but a warm (that really means indoor here) pond. Here's Victoria cruziana at Oxfords Botanic Gardens....................
