Phil has given me money for plants (or anything I want!) for Valentines day. So I'm going to buy a Salix, unless any of you scream NO!!! I got him a mini hydraulic jack for his remote controlled jeep he's building (I think it's a guy thing!!) we know how to do romance, us two

I got a cuddle, from a tired man after a long shift, that was enough for me.

 

We haven't celebrated it for years as March 3rd is the day we first met so that is our special day and even so we tell each other enough times how much we still Love each other so don't bother with Valentine's Day.If we were both single and trying to attract each other's attention then we would probably send the cards to each other unsigned but can't see the point after all these years

Although yesterday I did cook us a nice stew and dumplings in the slow cooker for lunchtime and then in the afternoon we visited Mr Kandys dad and chatted to him for a couple of hours then went to sort out some wallpaper for decorating purposes and also had a look at some nice Crystal light fittings for the lounge,just have to now persuade Mr Kandy that he likes them too

That's a lovely looking plant Ian I bought one on a reduced stand but sadly it was beyond my abilities (at that time) to save it.
