We aren't doing anything for it this year - its just gotten so expensive for a start, and for a second I am working a late turn tomorrow too.

I don't need cards or gifts to know Mrs C loves me - she has put up with me for the thick end of 15 years, and believe me it takes a hell of a big heart to put up with me that long...... :snork:

I got a cuddle, from a tired man after a long shift, that was enough for me.

We haven't celebrated it for years as March 3rd is the day we first met so that is our special day and even so we tell each other enough times how much we still Love each other so don't bother with Valentine's Day.If we were both single and trying to attract each other's attention then we would probably send the cards to each other unsigned but can't see the point after all these years:snork:

Although yesterday I did cook us a nice stew and dumplings in the slow cooker for lunchtime and then in the afternoon we visited Mr Kandys dad and chatted to him for a couple of hours then went to sort out some wallpaper for decorating purposes and also had a look at some nice Crystal light fittings for the lounge, just have to now persuade Mr Kandy that he likes them too:snork:

That's a lovely looking plant Ian  I bought one on a reduced stand but sadly it was beyond my abilities (at that time) to save it.

Aww, look at that cutie ball of fluff in front of the fire: gorgeous! :doggieshmooze: :doggieshmooze: :doggieshmooze:

Mrs Scrungee has finally got some flowers! A Tesco Finest £15 bouquet reduced to £1.50, I've really splashed out this year. Must get the pruners and get those enormous blooms into a better display.
