    You can get different grades of pva at most builders merchants.

      I use artist's Acrylic paint on all outside surfaces. Comes in a tube, cheap in Chinese/Pound shops. I've used it on walls, plastic drums for water catchment. I have also dyed jeans and shoes with it. It copes with my heat and sun.

            Really lovely @Victoria , thank you for posting your photos and giving me ideas for extending this creative project further! Love the idea of the wall painting looking into that inviting secluded beach/cove!
