Wordle 1015. 4/6. ⬜⬜⬜ ⬜⬜ ⬜⬜⬜ Why can't this work on here? Being a newbie, I clearly have a lot to learn.
@RowlandsCastle most of us can't make it work either. @Papi Jo and @Eustace have worked out ways but I don't understand.
How about using a system of smileys to signify the different squares? = letter not in the word (previously a grey square). = right letter, wrong location (previously a yellow or orange square). = right letter, right location (previously a green square). So Wordle 1033 (17th April 2024). 4/6 Does that help?
We were introduced to Wordle by our elder son this Christmas never having done it before. We do many of the "games" each day, some better than others and some we have no idea what they are on about. However it is good for getting the brain cells going.
I do several of them if I have time - Wordle, Spelling Bee, Strands (that one sometimes has words that I'm not familiar with), Connections (like "the Wall" on Only Connect), Quordle and some of the variants.
